Luis previously worked in the financial services industry for 22 years. He has acquired extensive management and soft skills in supervision,
operations, sales, customer service, auditing and compliance, which he has transferred over to his new career in information technology.
Luis currently provides training and support for New York State’s SACWIS application. Luis completed his Comptia and Microsoft MCSE 2005
technical training at Netcom Information Technology and through the New York Software Industry Association/CUNY Institute of Software Design
and Development program. Luis is a member of Microsoft’s Partner program and has his own consulting business, Perea Consulting, which currently
provides departmental IT services with the Law Office of Eric Torres and affiliates with
